Shipping Policy

At Pawsh Pets, a division of Glitz-N-GLAM Co. Inc., we proudly ship worldwide to bring our pet-loving community the best products with convenience and reliability.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
  We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method—typically ranging from 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-20 business days for international orders. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
  Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination, method selected, and order size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless specified otherwise in promotions or specific circumstances (e.g., damaged items).

Order Processing:  
  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping and Customs:
  We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs procedures may delay delivery beyond estimated times.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Items: 
  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly for assistance and potential claims with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties:
  Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties applicable in their country.

Returns Policy

Timeframe for Returns: 
  We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for instructions.

Return Location & Shipping Costs:  
  For safety and convenience, we utilize a third-party reshipping address for returns. Customers must select the nearest approved return location based on their region. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to this location.

Conditions for Returns:  
  Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a sellable condition. Items damaged or used beyond normal inspection are not eligible for return.

Reasons for Returns & Shipping Costs:  
  Return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed depending on the reason for the return. For example, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges:
  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee in certain cases. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
