  • Payments must be made in full before shipment.

  • Note: Our website operates in USD currency due to shipping across North America. All prices are listed in USD, and credit card charges will be processed accordingly.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

 7. Refund & Exchange Policy

7.1 Return Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

7.2 Conditions for Return/Exchange
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

7.3 Refunds & Store Credit
Once the returned item is received and inspected, if it meets the conditions above, we will issue store credit for the item value and shipping charges.
Note: Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.4 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • We will inspect the product to confirm damage occurred during shipping before issuing a replacement or refund.

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required.
